Jen is responsible for putting together and processing all loan applications for The Broker Team.

She is dedicated, friendly and meticulous in making sure the process is as seamless as possible.

After a customer has decided to proceed with a loan application, Jen will make contact to ensure all application documents are filled in correctly and all supporting documents are collated for sending to the bank for processing.

Jen is always looking to improve the experience for both the customer and the broker and is an integral part of the team.
